In search of a ponytail among other things

I’m on a quest to do something that I have never really done before and that’s to grow my hair out long enough to have a pony tail. Right now the back is probably longer than I have ever had it and the front of my hair reaches the tip of my nose. I know I have a long way to go still, I just wonder how long I’ll be able to let this go one before having my new longer locks will get the best of me.
